Dear Valued Guest –
As a valued guest of Edwards Dessert Kitchen, we want to share what precautions our team is taking as the result of COVID-19.
The health and safety of our guests, staff, and community is of critical importance. Restaurants have strict health and sanitation protocols we must follow during the normal course of business. At EDK, we follow protocols set by the City of Minneapolis Department of Health and the Minnesota Department of Health.
Included in these protocols are regular handwashing; sanitation of surfaces, equipment and serviceware; glove usage when handling ready-to-eat foods; documentation of employee illnesses and paid sick leave for all employees.
This week, we have modified our daily operations with additional precautionary measures such as:
We will continue to monitor the situation as it evolves and engage in ongoing communication with our leadership team to enable us to have the most effective response.
As a local Minneapolis business, we thank you for your continued loyalty, and we hope you will visit us soon for a needed break during this uncertain time.
Your Edwards Dessert Kitchen Team
Dear Valued Guest,
It’s been a difficult few months, and we’ve felt the strain on our community. Our passion is creating incredible dessert experiences and serving them to you in our beautiful space; due to the stay-at-home order we’ve been unable to do that.
But that order is ending!
Soon we will be baking, icing, molding, and preparing beautiful desserts for you to enjoy. Your safety will be paramount as we make the transition to reopening. We will continue to re-evaluate our plan and timing based on relevant circumstances. We will continue to make decisions based on the safety of our team, the service to our customers, and the responsibility we have toward our community.

Please continue to be safe, slow down, and get outside,
Your Edwards Dessert Kitchen team
